MP Home Design understands that each home design is unique. That's why we provide personalized quotes for each project. For a single-story home that's 2,400 sq ft or smaller, our average cost for a complete set of construction plans is $899, which includes one round of changes to ensure perfection. Any additional changes are billed at a reasonable hourly rate of $35. If your home will exceed 2,500 sq ft, we'll provide a customized quote during our first appointment to meet your specific needs.
Looking for a "shouse"? Shouses are buildings that combine a workshop or retail space on the main floor with a living space on the upper floor. They're becoming increasingly popular among cabinet makers, carpenters, and farmers. As a shouse expert, I can help you design the perfect shouse for your needs. Our standard shouse plans start at $1200, while larger or more customized plans can be quoted at the time of our first appointment.
Visualizing your project before construction begins is crucial for making important decisions. Our 3-D renderings offer an excellent solution for this. We charge $150 for an exterior rendering, and for a more comprehensive view, we offer four different 3-D views of your home's interior for $175. If you already have plans and want 3-D renderings, contact us for a personalized quote.
